The Eagle Ridge Property Owners Association (ERPOA) is led by an elected body of volunteer owners whose purpose is to develop and maintain a strong community by managing assets, ensuring compliance with deed of restrictions and by-laws while also preserving property values of the owners. Meetings are held regularly at the Eagle Ridge Golf Club with dates and times posted on our website, in our monthly digital newsletter and at the entrance sign along with an agenda.

Committee assignments are filled by the ERPOA President as needed. Elections for ERPOA Officers are held every two years and open to all owners.

Here are a few of the recent accomplishments by the ERPOA Board:

All street signs have been updated to include reflective lettering and were repainted. Some street signs were damaged during Hurricane Ian and were replaced as well.  In 2024, owners elected to replace our 35+ year old television cable services to a one vendor fiber optic system for all homeowners. The three condo associations (ER Condo, The Fairways and The Pines) were invited to participate but chose not to. The entrance island was heavily damaged by Hurricane Ian. The Landscape Committee worked with our landscape vendor and selected Florida native trees that were prone to survive some of our stronger storms in the future.  In the hours prior to Hurricane Ian making landfall, the ERPOA board contacted Lee County officials and requested that the canals that allow drainage from the Eagle Ridge lakes be lowered to reduce the amount of potential flooding. This contact resulted in only minor flooding in the streets in Eagle Ridge and the surrounding area.
