Architectural Review Committee

Any exterior changes you plan to make to your home needs to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Since Eagle Ridge is a deed-restricted community, the architectural review process was established for the overall good of each homeowner and to maintain our beautiful community. Each of the condo associations control their individual architectural review process with their own volunteer committees. 

Home projects such as new roofs, exterior painting, landscape changes, swing set installations, dumpster settings, etc. need to be sent to the Architectural Control Committee before work commences. If in doubt, fill out the application form and follow the submission instructions listed on the application. 

 Reminder for Condo owners: Each condo association has individual legal documents that govern land, leasing, building and other usage applicable in each community. Check the Condo Living page for contact information.
